Normally, spa owners have to add many chemicals to balance their spa; not with EcoOne^® . It handles the bulk of the chores and leaves the sanitizer to do it's job, which is to kill bacteria fast and effectively. There is NO reason why someone should add heavy amounts of sanitizer to breakdown foam, suntan oils, personal care products, detergents, scum, etc. This can all be taken care of without harmful chemicals. All you are doing is increasing your potential to health risk from exposure to chlorine by-product off-gassing.
